1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the vl77 online gaming platform, accessible at vl77.vip, including all associated services, games, promotions, and customer support channels.
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the vl77 platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the vl77 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on vl77:
3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted one (1) vl77 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If vl77 discovers duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). vl77 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vl77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify vl77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vl77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are stated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
4.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. vl77 does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to an account in your own name following KYC verification. vl77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. vl77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name, and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any detected third-party transactions may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
5.1 vl77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 vl77 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings if vl77 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as permitted under the applicable promotion's specific terms.
6.1 All games available on the vl77 platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and outcomes.
6.2 vl77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party live studio providers and are subject to their own operational standards. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vl77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. In such cases, wagers placed on voided rounds will be returned to your account balance.
7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the vl77 platform:

8.1 All content on the vl77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of vl77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any vl77 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vl77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or unauthorized account access.
9.2 vl77's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 vl77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
10.1 vl77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the vl77 platform, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Players aged 21 and above may request self-exclusion from the vl77 platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded player may not register a new account or circumvent exclusion by any means.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for any reason, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements not yet fulfilled) will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
12.1 vl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the vl77 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming, data privacy, and anti-money laundering legislation. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the vl77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be prescribed by PAGCOR.
